So lately I’ve been reading a lot of books on productivity and balance. One of the most simple and insightful books is Leo Babauta’s Zen Habits.
One of the things that has helped be more successful in achieving more with my day is changing small habits. Something small like drinking a glass of water when you wake up or just waking up a little earlier. It is amazing. After a few days you feel like you really achieved something and it drives you to accomplish bigger things and create better habits.
